Personal expense booking policy

1. For stays between October 10, 2025 and November 10, 2025 (Beijing Time), the hotel offers a special rate of RMB 600 per night (including service charge, double breakfast, and Wi-Fi) for reservations made through the Siss2025 conference organizing committee.
One US dollar is approximately equal to 7.1 RMB, and 600 RMB is equivalent to 84.5 US dollars. The actual exchange rate is subject to the real-time rate at the hotel front desk.

2. Based on the arrival and departure dates provided in the registration information, the conference will send a hotel reservation confirmation letter after the hotel has confirmed the booking.

3. Changes to the checkin and checkout dates or free cancellations can be made before 17:00 on September 30, 2025 (Beijing Time).

4. Between 17:00 on September 30, 2025 and 17:00 on October 10, 2025 (Beijing Time), if there are any changes to the itinerary, the hotel will decide whether to confirm the changes based on the room availability at that time.

5. Between 17:00 on September 30, 2025 and 17:00 on October 10, 2025 (Beijing Time), if a full cancellation is requested, 50% of the room charges will be forfeited.

6. After 17:00 on October 10, 2025 (Beijing Time), room adjustments will not be possible. Any changes or cancellations will result in a loss of 100% of the room charges.

7. Requests for adjustments or cancellations of the above reservations should be sent to siss2025@vrsh.com.cn before 17:00 on October 10, 2025 (Beijing Time).

8. After 17:00 on October 10, 2025 (Beijing Time), for room reservations outside the conference schedule (before October 19 and after October 22), the reservation will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival (Beijing Time). Reservations not claimed by 18:00 will be automatically canceled. In case of special circumstances, please inform the hotel promptly.
